Glasscorp Mark Richardson Campaign
Upon launch of the new Glasscorp website with over 6,000 products available online, the challenge was to migrate long-standing and somewhat traditional and cautious customers that predominantly ordered over the phone, to purchase and pay online. Glasscorp approached Lemonade to develop a fresh yet apt promotional idea to launch the site and encourage online purchase.
Cognisant that the promotional hook needed to be relevant and motivational for the audience, Lemonade engaged Mark Richardson to both present the campaign in his well-known approachable style, and be the prize.
We developed a communication plan and produced campaign elements including an informing and entertaining video, launch and reminder emails, website banners, promotional flyers sent out with each order, and a voice-message recorded by Mark to remind and encourage those calling Glasscorp Sales to purchase online.
Feedback from both Glasscorp staff & customers was positive, morale was boosted and the Glasscorp brand re-energised. In tandem online sales have gone up which delivers efficiencies and a positive customer experience. Like all good customer service focused businesses, you can still contact a human if need be.
