Supporting Amex Merchants and delivering added value to Amex Card Members

American Express run a series of Card Member-only tactical offers year round dubbed ‘cash backs’’ which deliver tangible value to Card Members and support for Amex Merchant business partners.

For each offer, our brief is to boost day-to-day spend by Card Members at a specific Merchant, help increase perception of coverage and, by default, have Amex considered by non Card Members.

For each tactical campaign Lemonade develops the creative concept and copy, and all the required campaign items – including emails to Card Members, Merchant Guides and POS, digital assets, social media content, radio, OOH and editorial content.
